Can a minor incorparate a company

Hey guy,

First off, i would like to thank anyone who will answer my question. I started a web design company and i was wondering if i could incorporate it. I will be 17 this december .

Yes, you can incorporate your business, but you will be unable to sign any contract or conduct any business until you're 18 without someone who is over 18 as a co-signer.

Call my office during normal business hours (that would be M-F 9-5) and we'll get you set up (after your parent(s) co-sign the retainer letter/contract that I send to all new clients).

And just to let you know: "hey guy" doesn't work well to let the world know you're serious about business. Business life is a bit more formal than is high-school life.
