Legal Question
i recently stopped working on July 5th, 2009. i have received 4 paychecks after that date. The first of the four, I believe that I am entitled to for last two weeks pay. Is there a statute of limitation for the employer to correct their mistake? Am i entitled to the other 3 checks?
