In New York. If I Lease a truck thru my bussiness do I have the right to know where it is at all times

I don't understand if you're leasing a truck for your business, or you own the truck and your leasing it to someone else.

If you own the truck and are leasing it to someone else then simply put in the lease agreement the clauses that you want regarding tracking the vehicle and you won't have a problem.
