i have question someone is posting nude pictures of me on the internet i really don't known who post it up.do i have the rights to sue website owner?thank you...sincerly cynthia.B

Under most circumstances the website owner is immune. However, that immunity depends on how the website is run.

Although the website owner is potentially immune, it does not mean you do not have remedies available to you to have the pictures taken down - and quickly.
