Legal Question in Constitutional Law in New York

my husband and I have had issues in our past. I was fighting for custody of our daughter, because of his temper.

We sought out m.counceling, and he has gotton much better...however,there is still the money issues at hand.

We have been married for 10 yrs...and it has always been a struggle to get money from him. Therefore,i have always worked, and have had my own money to spend on myself, and our daughter.

Currently,I am not working ( 2 weeks)and he will not give me any money. He doesn't even offer anything.

He knows that i am out driving around in the car, from one place to another with our daughter, yet will not offer anything.

If I ask him for anything,it usually ends up in a fight.

He refuses to sign me in as the 2nd user on any credit cards...and refuses to put me on the deed for our homes.

I have so much resentment towards him for being this way, that I really believe, that I have no more love for him at all.

I honestly know I stay here because of our daughter...andin doing so,i have sacrificed all my happiness.

He is a controlling person...and very minipulative.

I have always given him $100.00 a week to help pay the bills...but now when i need him to help me,he refuses.

I'm at my wits end with this type of relationship, nor do I deserve this.

I honestly believe, that he has no respect for the fact that I am currently out of work...nor does he think that driving our daughter from camp to cheerleading practices, cleaning, cooking, washing clothes, and keeping up with a 4,500sq foot home doesn't deserve an award, wow!

Please give me some advice, because the way, that I feel about this marriage is not good!
