Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York

I when through a bankruptcy that was discharged 3/2013

I have a creditor that still pulls my credit report about every 60-days (post bankruptcy). Creditor was discharged in bankruptcy. I owe creditor $0.

The pulls appear as "AR" or account review on my report.

Does this creditor still have the right to view my credit report?
