Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
I took a very important (and expensive) exam created by one organization and administered by a private testing company that provides the testing facilities. The testing conditions were very bad and they negatively affected my performance. I tried to deal with the people making the exam, but they won�t allow a re-test. I think they are in the wrong, and I�d like to take them to court. I have two questions: 1. Do I have much of a case, and 2. what kind of lawyer would I need to contact?
