Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York

My landlord lost NYC Supreme Court case and owes moneys to a Company. I am a tenant and have received a letter (Levy) from NYC Marchall telling me to pay my rent to him. I am afraid that landlord may evict me if i do that. What are my rights in this situation? Thank you in advance!

A valid levy must be served personally. If you are confused, you can pay the $ into court. The LL cannot validly evict and should be notified.
