i sold a business to some one on payments . they stopped paying . im bringing them to court but before court came they sold the business. how do i get it back or get my money?

If you did not file paperwork to give notice of your claim, then you have no recourse against a bona fide purchaser for value. However, you still have rights against the people who bought your business. Feel free to call me at 516-242-1453 to discuss the situation.
