Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

2nd degree harrassment violation

What is the best defense. I shoved a

housekeeping cart in an attempt to

move it by the housekeeper who

kept in the doorway of my room. I

did not intend for it to rub against

her, but it did. Do claim faulty

judgement because of sleep

deprivation, or do I just stick by my

testimony that it was inadvertant. Or

both. It is mainly her word against

mine, howver she did claim a couple

bruises.
