Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
I have a conditional plea. The conditions are i install interlock, do 6 months of treatment, attend a victim impact panel and 50 hrs community service by June 19. I have completed everything except the community service. is it possible to get an extension or reschedule my court date? Thank you

The best answer is "maybe" - it depends on where it occurred and who your judge is- I'm guessing the dwi is in Brooklyn, Nassau or Suffolk?
