What are the steps.- Can I defend my accusations and come out clean?.

This is not really an appropriate issue to be discussed via the internet. You should locate an experienced criminal defense attorney & set up a confidential consultation. I am going on vacation until the middle of July, if the matter can wait until then ,you may contact my office @ 718-834-0087 to set up a consultation.Your attorney will advise you of your rights and potential defenses. In all likely hood you will not be incarcerated, you may get some modification of the o of p and perhaps visitation of your children. The costs will either be an hourly rate or a fixed amount depending upon the facts ascertained @ the consultation.
