I have a felony in new york state and I'm having a hard time getting a job in atlanta my felony was over ten years old

Legal Answer

I would look into getting a relief from civil disabilities. This is given by the court that sentenced you. It is a decree that allows you to hold certain licenses and jobs. It is specifically for NYS but it may help in Ga.
