Re: filling out information for a job

You were not convicted of anything, if you received an Adjournment in Contemplation of Dismissal. At the end of the year the charge was dismissed. End of story.

Re: filling out information for a job

You were convicted of neither. CPL 170.56 is an adjournment in contemplation of dismissal. After your one year adjournment period the charges were dismissed.

So if the the question asks if you were CONVICTED, then the answer is no.

Good Luck,

An ACD 170.56 means your case was dismissed and you were never convicted of any criminal offense. This assumes you were not convicted or arrested of any other offense within the 1 year adjournment period.
