my friend is charge with first attempt robbery but he has no criminal record before what will happened nw

Your friend should get an experienced criminal defense attorney right away. Even though there is no previous record this could be a serious charge. If he is indigent or very low income, the court will appoint an attorney for him. He should not go forward unrepresented.
