Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
our granddaughter is a sales clerk in a food super market in long island, new york. saturday evening at 5;30 pm she was arrested for selling a case of beer to a minor. our grand daughter said the purchaser appeared to be in her twenties an she is in need of a good lawyer in that area that can get her through this ordeal. thank you, worried grandfather

After one is arrested , it is always preferable to retain a competent criminal defense attorney. That is of course if economically possible.
