Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

Need help getting a lawyer!

I was granted y.o. rape 3. I had sex with a 13 yr. old who said she was 17. Her mother approached me for my phone # to give to her daughter. I told her mom that I was 18. I received 1 month of weekends & 10 yrs. of probation. I violated my probation twice. Now they want to put me in state prison for 1-3 years. Sentencing is Sept. 3. Then an emer. happened to my future godchild's mother on June 16th. She fell down a set of stairs causing abdominal pain they asked me to come to the hospital. I said sure not even thinking about curfew & didn't realize we were going to Medina Hosp. instead of Batavia. So i was out of county again. On the way home we were in an accident where the police were called so I told my p.o. about it now they want to take the cap off the table. In my opinion my rights have been violated. My p.o. questioned my underage sister w/o a parent present, she told a princi-pal that I was a high risk to attend a function. Which I have no risk level. She won't assign a supervisor

for me & she told a couple that if they signed an affid. against me no prison time for me. Do you think that there is anything that could get me a lesser sentence or anyway to reopen my orig. case, I lied about being molested (embare.)

You hit the nail on the head with "need help with a lawyer"

A lawyer can best advise you of your options including reopening the case, or getting a better outcome.

A lawyer can deflect the criticism of the probation officer and soften the impact.
