Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

Hi, im from Mexico and I visited New York for a month last december. I got a ticket for a misdeameanor but i couldn't make it to my court day because i had to fly urgently back to Mexico.

I kind of forgot all about it and i went to California this past summer and then after that i went to New York to visit my friend for two weeks in August and then i came to France where I am studying abroad.

Today my friend told me that the cops knocked in her door looking for me because i had a warrant. I really want to clear it but I am so scared ill get arrested and fingerprinted. I can't have this on my record, it would destroy me.

I am going to New york in January because I need to catch a flight from Newark, New Jersey to Mexico.

I will only be in New York for about 8 hours and I need to get in the airport on time.

Is there any way I can clear this without me being there?

Will they arrest me in the airport ?

Please help me im so scared.

Depending on the charge I can handle this for you without you having to appear in court. I do it often for people who get arrested but don't live here. Feel free to email me at [email protected]

Thank you.
