Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

Last month, I was charged with open container, possession of a small amount of marijuana, and disorderly conduct. I went to court and received a conditional discharge of 1 years good behavior and 25 hours of community service.

Last night, I was charged with a noise violation (unamplified human voice), open container (in my back pocket) and possession of a small amount of marijuana.

What do I do? How much trouble am I in?

If you were not charged in the same court you may be safe. If it is the same court and they realize you violated the conditions of your prior sentence you may be resentenced. You could face up to 15 days in jail for the disorderly conduct charge.
