Re: pressing charges

You can be charged with harassment, assualt 3d degree and if there was serious damage or you used a weapon, Assault 2d which is a felony.

You need to find an attorney, ask her to check to see if the precinct is looking for you and if so, if that lawyer can arrange a surrender so that you get thru the system quickly and without saying anything that might hurt you. RUN don't walk to an attorney.

If you cannot afford an attorney, go to the Legal Aid Society and they will help you.

You will either be contacted by the police for an interview or be arrested should a warrant be issued. Do not answer any questions without an attorney present. You may call my office @7188340087 for a free phone consultation.
