Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
Received a public urination pink summons in Manhattan (for the 346 Broadway court). I'm a college student with good grades and currently a clean record. How possible is it to receive a dismissal or ACD for this offense?

The Judge's at 336 Broadway do not offer ACDs on public urination cases. There may be another way to get the case dismissed and sealed. Are you charges under the public health law or the administrative code?
