IS it to late to file a complain

wrongfully fired june2006 filed for unemployment recievced for 2weekes then the company stated i was fired for misconduct and cursed.I reopen may case with unemployment in nov 2006 there was a no show by the employer and Jan 2007 i was awarded my benefits.....I was told that ther was a 300 days to make a complain....Is there anything i can do
