Legal Question in Discrimination Law in New York

rights against employer for hiring unprofessional assitant managers etc.

what can i do if i fell like i was crush like a piece of paper and thrown(fired) away by managers who did not look into the matter/problem i was having with assitant manager....Manager believe every word assitant said..while he was the one who provoke /bothered/nagging etc..

I''m still hurt by the situation

If you haven't already signed a separation agreement or otherwise agreed to a severance package, you may be entitled to or able to negotiate additional benefits including cash, COBRA premium reimbursement, and outplacement services.
