Legal Question in Elder Law in New York

I signed a life time lease of my home to my two children; I feel at this time I was not thinking clearly about my best interest Now I know it was a very wrong thing to do. Can I legal have this undone if they will not sign off. Please do not answer if this cost money as I have very little.

I sign a life time lease on my home to my 2 children for after I passed on. I feel because of my state of mind at this time I felt it was the right thing to do. Now I well it was very wrong to do this as I feel in more control and this was wrong for me. If they will not sign off can I still have this undone.
