Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Child Custody

I share joint custody - I am the primary cartaker- the father has relocated to New York - the divorce order is under Texas law - when our daughter (12year old)visits her father (in New York) will the custody order be honored in New York, if the fater decides not to send her back to Texas?? -If not, what do I need to do to satisfy New York Law to ensure he sends her back to Texas??

If Texas courts have exclusive jurisdiction over your child then do not worry if he does not send her back there are ways to still put him in jail.
