Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Does a child under 18 HAVE to have a parents consent to smoke e-cigarates or regular cigarates. Not buy them, just smoke them.

It is not a question as to whether you have to listen to your parents. Your parents are giving you the right advice on this one and you should listen to them.
