Legal Question in Family Law in New York

My children reported they were sexually abused by their stepmother. There were false allegations made by the children that I had personal knowledge of the allegations being false. I told cps that some of the information the children told them was a lie. CPS told me that I was calling my children liars and was neglecting them. Is this really neglect?

No, this is not neglect. This is CPS using buzz words to get you to continue to work with them.
