Legal Question in Family Law in New York

If I have a decision after trial for my divorce and the apposing counsel had 60 days to submit the conclusions and findings, but didn't. Do have grounds for dismissal of the divorce action?

Perhaps. The decision after trial may state that failure to submit the judgment of divorce by a certain date may result in the dismissal of the case. You should check the decision for this language, which would probably be at the very end if at all.
