Legal Question
My husband abuses me and then asks for a divorce
Basically my husband is an alcoholic and a user. Now that he has depleted all of my funds and worked me to illness he wants to sell our home because he won't work and keep bare land. He is going to move and leave me homeless with the proceeds. We haven't been married long but I have about $20,000 into the home of personal money. What can I do?
