Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I was involved with a married man for three years. A child resulted. His wife has filed for divorce. He has mentioned she is probably going to call me into court. Is this a possibility? I live in NY.

Yes, you can be subpoenaed to come to court. It will all depend on her lawyer's strategy. If the wife is suing for divorce under adultery, it is very likely you will be called as a witness.
