Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I live with a domestic partner in a apt in Brooklyn New York. We have a 5 year old son. All of a sudden she wants me to move out. The relationship is not working. I'm still in shock because we were fine last week. What options do I have? Do I have to move? Can she lock me out.

If you are on the lease she cannot lock you out legally, Your landlord is the only one with the power to evict and they would have to go through a process to do so. As for the relationship, if you are not married, you would not divorce, but you both may have custodial rights. See an attorney.
