Legal Question in Family Law in New York

We live in New York State. My husband moved out 3 years ago. He'll retire after the divorce is finalized. Am I entitled to the Majauskas formula for his pension? Is this formula based on what he'll get as a single life annuity or is this formula based on the beneficiary qualified pension benefit too if he kept me on as the beneficiary after we divorced.

That's not enough information on which to base a definitive answer, but, generally, yes. Majauskas is used for pension calculations, assuming that you are entitled to any participation in the pension.
