You can not force someone to take you out of their will.

However, when they die, you can refuse to be the executor (if named) and refuse to accept any property (if left to you) by filing a renunciation.

If you are a beneficiary, you can waive distribution under the will. If you drafted and executed the will, you can destroy the original will.
