Legal Question in Medical Leave in New York

My employer filed for fmla while i was out on workmans comp without my knowledge.I was not notified until my 12 weeks were up. I went back to work and my employer let me go. What are my rights. I live in new york.

How long after going out on leave did you return? Did your employer provide you with any notice or demand that you return to work?
