Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York

My cell phone provider in which i was the only authorized user on the account released my bill to my wife who was not on account. We were already in a rocky marriage but the phone bill she got caused a lot of issues and led to finalizing divorce. Regardless the divorce cost me alot time money and depression. Do i have a case against phone provider

It all depends. Did she issue the provider a subpoena for your phone records? If so, the provider had to release the records under the law. Did she deceive the company into releasing your records? More information is needed to determine if you have a claim against the phone company for invasion of privacy.
