the guy that lives down stairs is threating me a few months ago it was hes gonna stab me now hes throwing rocks at my window and leaving voice mails i wanna do something before he really hurts me and my family.

You should contact the police immediately. You likely can also get a restraining order against your neighbor but you will need an attorney to help you.
