My father passed away 3years ago and my step mother sued the hospital and won how much do I get from the settlement?

If you aren't a minor and you're not in the will, you do not get anything.
The will should have been probated already. Contact your stepmother for the status of the suit and a copy of the will. If she refuses, simply contact the clerk's office and obtain a copy of the will and the case docket information.
