abandonment on prior AOS

had prior i30 & i485 filed 2002. Spouse refused to attend appointment in 2004. Subsequently case was denied for abandonment of petition. Met USC in 2005, had child together in 2007, got marry in 2008. will prior filing affect my current petition.

Prior to filing any additional applications with USCIS, you should show the denial letter to an attorney who can advise you regarding how to proceed at this point with any other applications that you intend to file with USCIS.
