I applied for I-131 petition on 2009. I am living in hongong bearing bangladeshi passport. Now I want to get hongkong passport. is there any problem

I don't see that filing Form I-131 several years ago will have any effect or relevance to obtaining a document from a different country,

However, if your U.S. document (advance parole, re-entry permit, etc) is not valid, you won't be able to get back in the U.S.
