Citizenship

My wife and are seperated for over

4 years. I want to file for citizen ship, do i need her info. on the form in order for me to file. Also can i file for my son who is living in Jamaica at the same time. My son is not from my wife. I had my son before we got married she knows of him. The question is how do I go about filing in this case. I do have the application in my position as we speak. Thank in advance Raymond

In general, you need to have the information on your marital status (including all previous marriages) to fill out N-400 correctly. Whether your son would be entitled to derivative citizenship when you obtain US citizenship is a question that requires a fairly detailed analysis of the facts.
