Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

My husband will be released from a new york prison next month, but ins "ice" has a hold on him. will he be deported? he never got any paper work stating that he will be deported, was told they have ahold on him.. now we read were deporting ppl has been suspended, who does that apply to? thank you..

Please provide more information as to criminal charges of your husband? What was his immigration status? What is your immigration status? Did he get NTA from immigration?
