Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
I jointly submitted a removal of CR in September of 2012. In April 2013 i received a request for additional evidence, which i submitted; i currently have a i551 stamp in my passport that expires in April of 2014. It it okay for me to travel out of the US or should i wait until my application is approved. They requested a lease, joint tax returns and affidavits.

Yes, you can travel as long as your I-551 stamp is valid.
