Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

I have a Permanent resident card without a fingerprint as i was too young to get biometrics I am now 23, in 2008 I traveled with it to Canada can i still travel with it?

Greencards need to be renewed every 10 years. So, if your greencard was issued 9.5 to over 10 yrs ago, I advise you file form I-90 for a renewed greencard before you leave the country. For more information, please see:
