Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

its been about a year that my husband got deported to mexico but he re enter the country 3 days ago and on saturday he got picked up by boarder patrol i went to go see him and they told me that he is a level 2 criminal what are the consequence for his actions also he was on prohibation for 2 years but he didnt report but i had nothing with his return what i wangt to know is what is going to happen to him now that he is hands of the immigration

It is possible that his probation will be dismissed, and he will have to serve the sentence he was given when he was granted probation. After that, deportation is nearly certain.

If he was deported he should not have come back to the US.

If the US wishes they can deport him again, or they can arrest him.

The fact that he has been classified as a level two criminal will be taken into consideration by the court and immigration.
