Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

Hi , last year my wife and i applied for US green card lottery in my country (Uzbekistan) and we didnt won.

In application i mention that im married and ive two kids.

Now one of my coworkers won the Green Card she is 10 years older than me, and i would like to marry her, send our papers to US embassy for appointment.

My question is does DOS will give me Green Card? cause i mention in application im married another one and ive kids.
