Legal Question in Intellectual Property in New York
I am currently creating a website and someone is designing it for me. I want to find out how I create an agreement showing that is proprietary and that the website cannot be utilized without my permission. Basically that if the person that designs it wants to pass it on or reccomend it to someone else they have to get my permission. How should I proceed?

It's called a "work for hire" agreement.
