Legal Question in Intellectual Property in New York

Fluid Software will claim no intellectual property rights over material you provide to the service, nor is it responsible for that content. What does this mean?

The product that I design using this services, who owns the Intellectual Property Rights?

I would be very upset to find out that if I created a blueprint on this site, using the web sites material it provides, to later find out that you they own what I made.

Could you please clarify this for me?

Well, no smart lawyer will advise on a contract in a vacuum, but it clearly states that it is not making any claim to any IP. It is also saying that it will not take any responsibility for it either.

I think you should be consulting a lawyer in private before you jump in just to make sure it all comports with your interests.

If you would like to discuss further over a free phone consult, feel free to contact me anytime that is convenient.

Kind regards,

Frank
