You make very general sweeping statements by claiming that "false reports" were filed and that "I have proof". In my 15 years in practice, I have heard "I have proof" many times. More often than not, what the layperson considers proof is not proof for legal proceedings purposes. For the sake of argument, if a doctor filed a false report, he should be reported to the state licensing authority. If he knowingly filed false reports with the intent of getting you fired, it may be that you have a fraud or similar claim against him. You need to sit down with an attorney and get into the specifics. Good luck.
