Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

In my offer letter it states I am an employee at will but in a paragraph it also states that I agree to give 90 days notice. I work in NY and have no employment contract. I am owed no compensation or restricted stock. Is there any legal ramification if I give 30 days notice?

If you and your company each signed your 'offer letter' that would probably constitute an enforceable 'agreement' or 'contract' and therefore you would be in breach of contract if you failed to abide by the terms of that agreement. To be safe, have an attorney review it for you before making any decisions about how to proceed.
