Legal Question in Employment Law in New York
Recently terminated from a retail sales position in NYS for not hitting sales quota. Submitted an unemployment claim and was told it would be assigned to examiner by unemployment. Initial claim filed on 10/24/15. Will this claim be approved and if so, how long will I need to wait before they pay on the claim?
